Commercial & Residential Flooring Installation Services

Elite Flooring & Tile has provided expert flooring installation across Massachusetts for over 20 years. We are soliciting proposals from qualified subcontractors and material suppliers to support an expanded pipeline of commercial and residential projects. Selected partners will work alongside our project management team on installations ranging from single-family renovations to multi-unit and commercial buildouts.

• Hardwood installation, sanding, and refinishing (dustless).
• Ceramic and porcelain tile installation for residential and commercial spaces.
• Luxury Vinyl Plank / Tile (LVP/LVT) and sheet vinyl installation.
• Commercial rubber flooring and carpet installation.
• Floor repair, restoration, and subfloor preparation.

• Minimum 5 years of documented commercial and residential flooring experience.
• Active Massachusetts contractor license and general liability insurance ($1M minimum).
• Three (3) verifiable references from projects completed in the past 24 months.
• Detailed material specifications, warranty terms, and installation timeline.
• OSHA-compliant safety plan and clean job-site protocol.
